Okay guys, (excuse the messy work desk) I was SO hungry at Work, I hadn’t had any breakfast today as I didn’t have time, So I went to the shop and bought some bits, Now I’m new to this whole diet thing and I just never know what to get… Fruit and veg seems like the sensible option but I know there are other healthy things beside that.
I got 2 packs of snack a jacks - 106kcal per bag, Which I thought was alright, and It will satisfy my Snack cravings.
I got a pack of tomatoes as a snack through out the day, 13kcals per tomato which is hellva good.
I got some Weight Watchers caramel wafers to satisfy my chocolate craving, 78 kcal per wafer.
and last I got some fridge raiders, roast chicken, 133kcal in a pack, Chicken is healthy for you so I thought this was good.
I’m new to this whole diet and eating healthy thing, I really need some tips of what food to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner, The stuff I have bought today is a start I guess, But none of it will fill me up.
I’ve only just made this today.

So apologise for lack of actual numbers and photographs of myself, I will take a few of my current self in a minute, I’ll buy some scales tomorrow so I can keep this on track, Lets do this :)
